FULL SERVICE PARTNERSHIPS (FSP)
FSP serves severely emotionally disturbed children in south Los Angeles between
the ages of 0-15. The goal of Hollygrove’s FSP is
to stabilize high-risk children and their families and provide
them with whatever treatment, services or resources they
need to stay at home, recover from mental illness and remove
barriers that prevent them from achieving healthy levels
of functioning.
Although intensive mental health services are the cornerstone
of the program, FSP also offers case management services,
medication services, assistance with transportation, living
expenses, housing, food, and daily living supplies.
Funded by the Mental Health Services Act, FSP actively
seeks out the unserved or poorly served, including children
who are at risk of expulsion from school, have been removed
or are at risk of being removed from the home, exhibit violent
behaviors, abuse drugs or alcohol, or have been involved
with the probation department.
