FOSTER FAMILY PROGRAMFoster parents can be single or married and come
from a broad range of backgrounds. They are carefully screened and chosen for
their ability to work as active members of our team to help the children placed
in their homes. A pre-certification course and regular, on-going training are
provided to insure the highest level of service for everyone. A set monthly reimbursement
is provided for the expense of raising a foster child. Hollygrove recruits,
certifies and trains selected individuals to become foster care providers. Hollygrove
social workers also provide foster families with extensive support services such
as parenting classes, 24 hour on-call assistance, respite care and family crisis
intervention. Hollygrove Social Workers develop a case plan for each child
that either leads to permanent placement or to reunification with the birth family.
When reunification is not possible, foster parents may be considered as a long-term
placement option for their foster child. To get more information on the
Hollygrove Foster Family Care Program please fill out the form below.
